Every rental includes helmets and goggles for all riders and passengers. We take fitting seriously. A helmet that doesn't fit doesn't protect anyone. We'll spend the time to fit every person in your group correctly before you leave the staging area — no rushing, no shortcuts.
A real machine orientation.
Not a pamphlet.
Before you roll out, one of our staff walks through the machine with you in person. Controls, safety features, how the machine responds on Brian Head terrain, what to do if something feels off. Experienced riders: this takes 10 minutes and this specific machine's behavior is worth knowing. First-timers: this is your foundation for the whole day.
